All menus are designed individually for the day, working with you and finding the freshest local seasonal produce to compliment. Here’s some ideas:

Sit & Stand $50

Roaming tapas all night and day.

  • Sashimi of kingfish, wasabi glaze, and soy.
  • Personal roasted beetroot salad, macadamia, and spiced goats cheese.
  • Brioche lamb burgers.
  • Woodfired pizza.
  • Antipasto of local gourmet meats, cheeses, olives, and dips for tables.
  • Bruschetta of cofit cherry tomato, house balsamic glaze and grada padano.
  • Tarts of sautéed shitake, sun-dried tomato, halloumi, and fresh basil drizzle.

Antipasto plates of local meats, cheeses, and olives with fresh baked sourdough.
Preserved lemon and local roma tomato bruschetta, Meredith brie.

Entrée

  • Spanner crab ravioli with preserved lemon butter.
  • Tart of local prosciutto, goats cheese, and Comboyne avocado shooters.

Main

  • Crispy roast pork belly, and Vietnamese pickled slaw.
  • Wood roasted 12 hour red wine beef cheeks, and root vegetable.
  • Seared soy, ginger and lemongrass Salmon with Byabarra mandarine salad.
Seated 3 Course $95

Personal designed tapas to 8 items.
Fresh shucked local oysters.

Entrée

  • Tasmanian Scallops on prosciutto risotto with lime vincotto.
  • 60 gram eye fillets chargrilled, tzatziki, and pickled local beetroot.

Main

  • Bush spiced charred Venison, edename, and pomegranate salad.
  • Pepper crusted sustainable Yellowfin, citrus infused glaze, and roast gratin.

Dessert

  • Almond sponge, earl grey Grenache and mascarpone.
  • Vanilla crème brûlée, cointreau dates, and almond biscotti.

Beverage

Bar tabs are advised as we are fully licensed, and can stock or source any product for the event. A minimum spend of $500 is required.

The Truck

A fully operational country style food truck is available to be set up anywhere on the property serving drinks, burgers and late night snacks so you can keep dancing. Hire is available at $1000.

Woodfired Oven

Our unique woodfired oven which produces our gourmet pizzas will be running and ready for that additional snack if required or why not keep it cheap and have a pizza wedding.
